Welcome to the Pile of Dirt
Every great story starts from the ground up. Ours starts with the ground itself.
Some day soon, a crew of burners will pool their dust-caked savings, sign one very ground-breaking contract, and buy a plot of land. They will stand on it, look around, and give it the only name that is honest: Pile of Dirt.
Sure, it will be dirt cheap. But don't let that soil your expectations. Every festival, every temple, every art car that ever rolled across the playa began exactly like this: as a humble heap waiting for someone to dig it.
We are not here to take things for granite. We are here to stay down to earth, keep each other grounded, and turn sweat equity into terra-firma friendships. Radical self-reliance? Try radical soil-reliance. Leave no trace? We will leave only footprints, good memories, and maybe a well-placed shade structure.
Will it be easy? Dirt no. The plot will thicken. The plans will shift like sand. Somebody will forget the shovels. But a pile of dirt is just a mountain that hasn't been told it's allowed to dream yet, and we intend to tell it, loudly, with music.
So if you have ever felt a little rough around the edges, a little dusty, a little unearthed: welcome home, soil-mate. You've found your people. Let's grow something.
